What is a design proof?

A design proof is a digital representation or mockup of a design, illustrating how it will look once it's printed. It serves as a visual preview before finalizing and executing the design.

Once you have finalized your design and placed an order, our production team will send over a design proof for approval. Please review all text and graphics before approving the design proof. Upon approval, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the proof disclaimer and are responsible for any errors found after approval.

Please be advised that the colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly from those of the actual products you receive. This variation is attributed to the rendering of RGB colors on your device, as opposed to the CMYK colors used in the printing process.

How fast will you ship my stock products?

From the day you place your order, almost all stock products will ship within 2-4 business days. Stock mailers from our pre-designed collection will ship within 10-14 business days as they require additional processing time. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday or public holiday, it may not ship out until the following business day.

How fast will you ship my custom products?

Our standard lead times for custom mailers is 10-15 business days and 20-30 business days for custom tissue paper from the date of artwork approval. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday or public holiday, it may not ship out until the following business day.

How can I customize tissue paper?

Customizing tissue paper is the best way to enhance the unboxing experience and showcase your brand!

Select Color

Choose between white or natural kraft as the base color.

Select Size

Select the tissue paper size needed. There are 4 size options available:

9" x 12"
15" x 20"
20" x 30"
23.6" x 35.4".

Select Product Weight

Select the product weight. GSM stands for "grams per square meter", a measurement that indicates the density or thickness of the paper. Tissue paper with a lower GSM are thinner and more translucent, while those with a higher GSM are thicker and more opaque.

The white tissue paper comes in two thicknesses, 17 and 30 gsm, while the natural kraft tissue paper is offered in a thicker 40 gsm option.

When choosing the white tissue paper, the selection interface will automatically exclude the 40 GSM option.

Conversely, if you opt for the natural kraft paper, the system will exclude the thinner 17 and 30 GSM choices from your selection.

Upload Logo

After selecting the desired variations, you will need to upload your logo. We recommend artwork files with a minimum of 300 DPI or vector files to ensure the highest print quality.

Is the custom tissue paper eco-friendly?

Our custom tissue paper is made from eco-friendly materials, ensuring that it’s both recyclable and biodegradable to support sustainable practices.

How can I customize stickers?

First, choose between white or natural kraft as your base color. Next, select the size required - options include 1 inch, 1.5 inch, and 2 inches. Then, select the quantity needed.

Customize your design by uploading your own images and logos, editing the background colors, selecting different fonts, etc. Please
note that only vectorized files (.ai, .svg, .pdf, .eps) are accepted in order
to ensure high print-quality. Raster files (.png and .jpg) are not accepted.

Preview your designs in 3D once you have completed your
customization.

Once you have finalized your design and placed an order, our
production team will send over a design proof for approval.
