Which countries do we ship to?

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We will notify customers if international shipping becomes available.

How long will shipping take?

Stock items: From the day you place your order, almost all stock products will ship within 2-4 business days. The production time for pre-designed stock mailers is 10–14 business days because they need extra handling before shipping. If you order on a Friday/public holiday, it may not ship til the next business day. 

Custom orders: Our standard lead times for custom mailers are 10-15 business days and 20-30 business days for custom tissue paper and boxes from the date of artwork approval. Please note that if you order on a Friday or holiday, it may not ship until the following business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500. Under this amount, we calculate shipping based on the weight of the items and the destination.

Why does the carrier at checkout sometimes differ from the one used to ship my order?

To keep shipping fast and affordable, we use a network of trusted carriers. The carrier shown at checkout is an estimate based on typical routing, but our system may select a different carrier once your order is packed if it offers a more efficient delivery route.
