Which countries do we ship to?

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. We will provide updates if we expand our shipping internationally.

How long will shipping take?

Stock items: From the day you place your order, almost all stock products will ship within 2-4 business days. Stock mailers from our pre-designed collection will ship within 10-14 business days as they require additional processing time. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday or public holiday, it may not ship out until the following business day.

Custom orders: Our standard lead times for custom mailers is 10-15 business days and 20-30 business days for custom tissue paper from the date of artwork approval. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday or public holiday, it may not ship out until the following business day.

Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping on all orders over $500. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is determined based on the weight of the items and the shipping destination.
