rePurpose – World’s Leading Plastic Action Platform
Print & Pack is proud to announce that we are Certified Plastic Neutral. We've partnered with rePurpose Global to fund the recovery and ethical processing of as much nature-bound plastic waste as we use in our packaging.
By contributing to the rePurpose Impact Project Saaf Samudra, we’re enabling access to improved waste management infrastructure in local communities in Goa, India. While we work towards our long-term sustainability goals, taking action on our plastic footprint means creating meaningful change, today. We recognize the urgent need for funding to be diverted to this ongoing emergency, and we are proud to have taken our first step toward long-term holistic impact.

Change Plastic For Good™ - BDP® Biotechnology
Print & Pack has partnered with a North American Biotech company that developed a patented technology known as BDP®. We use this technology in all of our flexible packaging that is made from recycled LDPE.
BDP® is an ingredient composed of organic nutrients and compounds that naturally serve as food sources for microbes. By incorporating these nutrients into plastic, we are able to deceive microbes into thinking the plastic is food. After the plastic is used, recycled, and disposed of, these microbes break down the plastic completely and only leave behind compost and biogas. The compost nourishes the soil, while the biogas can be collected and transformed into natural gas.
GREENGUARD Gold Certified Ink
Print & Pack uses GREENGUARD Gold Certified ink on all digitally printed poly mailers. The GREENGUARD certification is granted to products that meet some of the world’s most rigorous chemical emissions standards and are screened for more than 360 volatile organic compounds (VOCs) known to pollute indoor air.
The GREENGUARD Gold standard helps to reduce indoor air pollution and risk of chemical exposure by requiring lower total VOC emission levels so that products are acceptable for use in sensitive indoor environments.
#INVISIBLEBAG
Print & Pack is the North American distributor and custom manufacturer for #INVISIBLEBAG. It is made of Polyvinyl Alcohol, starch, glycerin, and water, which makes #INVISIBLEBAG water-soluble, compostable, biodegradable, and non-toxic. The product dissolves in hot water (above 80 ) within just a few minutes, as well as in cold water at a slower rate.
It is certified compostable by the US standard ASTM D6400 and the EU Standard EN13432. The product has been tested under ASTM D5511 requirements and the result shows more than 85% biodegradation in 90 days under landfill conditions.
