What is a design proof?

A design proof is a digital representation or mockup of a design, illustrating how it will look once it's printed. It serves as a visual preview before finalizing and executing the design.

Once you have finalized your design and placed an order, our production team will send over a design proof for approval. Please review all text and graphics before approving the design proof. Upon approval, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the proof disclaimer and are responsible for any errors found after approval.

Please be advised that the colors displayed on your screen may differ slightly from those of the actual products you receive. This variation is attributed to the rendering of RGB colors on your device, as opposed to the CMYK colors used in the printing process.

How fast will you ship my stock products?

From the day you place your order, almost all stock products will ship within 2-4 business days. Stock mailers from our pre-designed collection will ship within 10-14 business days as they require additional processing time. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday or public holiday, it may not ship out until the following business day.

How fast will you ship my custom products?

Our standard lead times for custom mailers is 10-15 business days and 20-30 business days for custom tissue paper from the date of artwork approval. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday or public holiday, it may not ship out until the following business day.

What is the recommended artwork resolution for my logos and images?

Having artwork at a minimum of 300 DPI ensures high-resolution, crisp, and clear prints.

Lower DPI may result in pixelated or blurry images, compromising the quality of your custom packaging. Using 300 DPI or higher guarantees that your designs, text, and graphics look professional and vibrant, providing the best representation of your brand.
